Texel Self Unloading Belt Trailers

AB Texel UK self unloading belt trailers are the finest in Europe. Manufactured by the Dutch company H.W. van der Peet & Son, they are fitted with a patented overlap belt which enables even the smallest products to be safely loaded and unloaded including linseed, corn, barley and other fragile commodities.

To minimize loading damage, the self unloading belt trailers contain specially designed fall breaker canopies to allow crops to be quickly and safely loaded without bruising and impact effects. See the photographs below on the design of the fall canopy.

With an appropriate 3-phase electricity supply at the delivery point, the contents can be smoothly and efficiently unloaded, and thanks to the design of the drive mechanism, products exit on a "first in-first out" principle to help maintain product freshness.

Self Unloading Belt Trailer Specifications:

  • The trailer has a variable unloading speed between 20 and 120 tonnes per hour
  • The trailer walls include polyester sandwich panels isolated without thermal bridges
  • The wall thickness is 50mm constructed on both sides of fibreglass reinforced polyester, with a Styrofoam core
  • This thermal isolation has a heat transmission coefficient (K-value) of 0,69 W/m²K, which means with frost up to -25° C, there will still be no problems
  • Walls and flooring are made of plastic and the construction out of aluminium. Thanks to these specifications, HACCP and GMP approval is assured
  • The AB Texel UK self unloading belt trailers are supplied with EBS and RSS Roll Stability Support which guarantees safe transport dynamics
  • Walls are polyester sandwich panels isolated without thermal bridge
  • The fall breaker is a type VM-6, 2 mats with elastic adjustable cords. A guaranteed addition in avoiding damage to the products loaded
